The villa is ideal for a large family vacationing with children or for several families that prefer a quiet place close to the sea and the city center.

The cost for one month during summer time is 10 000 euros, a discount is offered for reservations for 2 months or more. Not included in the price: bed linen, utilities, and final cleaning (250 euros). The deposit of 500 Euro must be paid upon arrival. Minimum of 30% payment is required to book the accommodation, and the rest of the payment can be made on the day of arrival.
